Jiu-Jitsu: Grappling       Adults (16+)

Submission grappling training to develop and hone your grappling skills; our classes cater to all levels, providing techniques and strategies for beginners and experienced practitioners.

For those who wish to focus exclusively on grappling (BJJ) without striking, this option is also fully supported.

Whether for sport competition, for fitness, as an art form, or for self-defence reasons, join our grappling sessions to advance in a supportive environment.

Jiu-Jitsu: Striking       Adults (16+)

Striking sessions based on kickboxing/Thai boxing and include ground striking; tailored to enhance your striking abilities.

Catering to all levels of experience, our classes provide techniques and strategies suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

Whether for sport competition, fitness, or self-defense purposes, our striking sessions will help you progress in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Jiu-Jitsu: No-Gi       Adults (16+)

Grappling training without the gi (dogi, the traditional uniform).

Jiu-Jitsu: Open Mat       Adults (16+)

Guided by instructors, this is the perfect time for additional randori (sparring/rolling) practice. You can also use this time to drill techniques of your choice, or ask us for assistance with any particular technique. Open Mat is informal, you can join in and leave at any time of the session.

Jiu-Jitsu: Self-Defence       Adults (16+)

Self-defence based jiu-jitsu training.

Join our self-defence sessions and learn proven-effective techniques, get stronger, increase your confidence and empower yourself.

Not a limited course, but continuous training that leads to grading certification (from Level 7 up to Level 1+)

Having a separate certification system, self-defence sessions are suitable for those who are only interested in self-defence training, as well as regular jiu-jitsu trainees.

Kids Jiu-Jitsu       Ages 5–8 & 9+

Separate sessions are specifically designed for children aged 5 to 8 and 9+, promoting strength, coordination, discipline, sport prowess, and self-defence in a fun, safe, and supportive setting. Like swimming and cycling, jiu-jitsu is a vital life skill every child should learn.

Iaido       Adults (16+)

Discover the art of iaido, the Japanese martial art of swordsmanship developed by the mighty samurai warriors. Iaido focuses on precision, discipline, and the mastery of drawing and cutting with the Japanese sword. Today, iaido is practiced both as an art form and for its mind-body coordination benefits.

Our style of iai is Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu Iaijutsu, often referred to simply as MJER or Eishin Ryu, and includes kenjutsu/kumitachi paired forms.
